Reservations are recommended on weekends and school holidays to guarantee entry. Walk-ins are welcome when we’re under capacity.

• YES! Memberships include Unlimited visits during open play hours (about the cost of 3 visits/month).
• Sibling memberships: $20/month per sibling (same household).
• Under 1: half-price membership or pay daily drop-in.
• Memberships include one adult; add an extra adult for $15/month.
• Auto-renews monthly; cancel up to 2 business days before your bill date.
• Memberships can’t be paused, but you can cancel anytime and rejoin later. -
Every person counts toward our building capacity, which limits how many guests we can admit. Adults also use seating and shared resources (bathrooms, HVAC), which affects operations and costs. To keep entry prices affordable for families, we chose to keep child admission low and charge a small fee for additional adults.
• We could raise child admission to $20 and include two adults, or keep admission lower and charge $5 for a second adult.
• We’ve found our current structure is more economical for families with multiple children who won’t bring more adults than kids. -
Yes. We’re happy to credit your same-day entrance fee toward a membership—here’s how it works:
The membership must be activated in person the same day as your visit.
Activation must be at the same location where you paid the entrance fee.
Our team will apply the entrance fee as a credit toward your first month at checkout.
Credit applies to the same child tied to the entrance pass.

We offer a sibling discount rate of $12 for additional siblings in the same household—perfect for families with multiple little adventurers!
Here’s how it works:
The $12 sibling rate applies to same-day, regular admission when checked in together in one transaction.
The sibling discount applies to day admissions only and does not apply when checking in under a membership.
For families who visit often, sibling memberships are available at an exceptional rate of just $20/month—a great way to save while enjoying unlimited play all month long!

Waivers & Socks

Yes. All children, including infants, must have a signed waiver before entering. Each location has its own waiver.

If your child visited this location within the past 2 years, you’re set. We can look up the waiver by child’s name, your phone number, or your name. (A separate waiver is needed for each Enchanted location.)

• Grip socks are required for kids in play structures.
• Adults must wear socks (no shoes anywhere in the facility).

Each child ticket includes one adult. Additional adults: $5 each. Adults are welcome and encouraged to join kids inside the structures for extra supervision.

No. An adult must remain on-site and supervise children at all times.

• Infant Area: ages 0–2.
• Main Structures: ideal for ages 0–6; siblings up to age 9 may join.
We keep things small-kid friendly so littles can play safely and confidently. -
Our trampolines are designed for young children. Adults may step onto the trampoline only to assist a child and must follow these safety rules:
Light assistance only—from the perimeter of the trampoline
If staff determines activity is unsafe at any time, we may ask adults to step off.

For everyone’s safety, we follow fire code and life-safety regulations, which require that exits remain unobstructed and unlocked during business hours. While we can’t lock the door or block exits, we maintain a safe environment by:
Front-desk check-in and waiver verification
Visible staff supervision on the floor
Alarmed emergency exit doors
Security cameras and safety walkthroughs
We appreciate your partnership in supervising your children and using the main entrance for check-in so we can keep the space both welcoming and compliant.
Adults, Supervision & Play Areas

We sell pre-packaged snacks and beverages (no hot food). You’re welcome to bring your own food and enjoy it at our public tables. (No microwave on site.)

To keep things fair and tidy, we don’t allow walk-in parties or outside desserts/cake without a booked party package. Playdates are welcome—just no decorations, group food, or dessert items, please.

Yes! $12/child for groups of 10+ on non-holiday weekdays, pending availability. Please email your specific location to schedule.
Parties & Group Visits
Policy on Misbehaving Kids

We use a calm, child-centered approach with safety first:
Gentle reminder & redirection to safer play.
Second reminder and a brief pause from the activity if behavior continues. Parent/guardian involvement for coaching and a short cooldown.
3. Removal from the play area if unsafe behavior continues (e.g., pushing, hitting, throwing objects, climbing on barriers, ignoring staff directions). In severe or repeated cases, we may end playtime without a refund to protect everyone’s safety.
Zero-tolerance for bullying, dangerous play, or damage to equipment.

Yes—free Wi-Fi for guests. Great for getting a little work done while the kids play.
